CURRICULUM VITAE
I have been in the real estate business of Eastern Madera and Southern Mariposa counties since 1978. At first it was as a Sales Agent for McLean Real Estate in North Fork. From 1979 to 1982 my husband and I owned and operated North Fork Realty in North Fork. From 1982 to 1984 I was a Broker Associate with Century 21, Mountain Properties in North Fork. Since 1984 I have been a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker under several ownerships.
I am a practicing Real Estate Broker with GRI designation. In addition, I hold Life Time Teaching Certificates in pre-school and adult education. My husband is a private Registered Professional Forester and Land Surveyor; through him I have gained and share valuable experience and knowledge of resource protection and management with my clientele.

FAMILY
"During my years as a stay at home mom, I was able to raise my three sons in the mountain environment that still is an important part of their lives. Their father is a professional forester and land surveyor. As the boys grew up, they were able to work with their father in the woods and on surveying jobs. All our boys graduated from North Fork Elementary School and Sierra Joint Union High School.
Our eldest son, Eric, attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Oregon State University. He graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He is a self-employed architect in Reno, Nevada. He is married and has three adult sons, two are graduates of the University of Nevada, Reno, and the other attends community college.
Our middle son, Peter, attended Humboldt State University and Oregon State University. He graduated from Oregon State with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management. He manages a large private forest land holding company in Oregon and Washington. He lives near Eugene, Oregon. He is married and has one son and one daughter, his son attends Western Oregon University and his daughter attends Barnard College at Columbia University in New York.
Our youngest son, Victor, attended Fresno City College and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering. He is a professional pilot. He flies F-16 fighter aircraft for the California Air National Guard. He is a pilot for United Air Lines. He lives in Yosemite Lakes Park Estates, which is in Coarsegold. He is married and has one son and one daughter. His son attends Yosemite High School and his daughter attends River Gold Elementary School.
My husband, Chuck, and I live in Indian Lakes Estates which is also in Coarsegold near the Chuckchansi Gold Casino. My husband is still an active private consultant in forest and surveying matters. I have gained substantially in my knowledge of resource protection and management because of his business and have been able to pass this information on to my clientele. The mountains have been our life.
